The ASA Educational Series is back again in 2009.
If you are a high school student and are interested please let me know. If you know of someone interested or would like a student member on your team please notify Dave at misdaveg@yahoo.com. Last year we had over $400,000 worth of scholarships to Ohio Technical College to award to participating members. This is a great program so please get involved. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Attention All Teams/All Divisions!
Any Teams interested in participating in the ASA Educational Series in 2009 at MIS must send in the following information to ASA Racing to have a student crew member for 2009. Even if you had a student crew member in 2008, we will need this information.

ASA Educational Series For MIS 2009 Season
Divisions There will be five (5) qualifying ASA Educational series divisions at MIS in 2009. The divisions are; Limited Late Models, Area Sportsman, Bandits, Legends and Hobby Stocks. Attendance Policy All participating ASA ES participants will be required to sign in at the pit shack upon arrival each and every night. There will be a special ASA ES attendance form to sign. Don't forget to sign in. Every participating student will have one excused day during the entire ASA ES season and this includes the non-points required events. Forgery of attendance on ASA ES Sign-In sheet will result in disqualification for the entire season. 2009 ASA Educational Series Schedule for Madison International Speedway. Students will be required to be present and work with their teams at the May 8th and May 15th events, however these events WILL NOT be Educational Series point races.

On August 7h, an ASA educational Series overall track winner will be announced. The winner will be selected from the winners of each division including the winner of the Founders Choice Award. The winner will be selected by the ASA Educational Series Management. This winner will progress to the ASA ES National Competition. National winner to be selected by the ASA Educational Series National Advisory Board via interview process. | ||||||||||||||||||||
